Products & Purchasing

Where do I download my product after purchase?

After checkout you will receive a confirmation email with your download link. You can also log into your Crew Quarters at any time and grab your downloads from the Downloads tab. Lost your login? Contact us and we will get you sorted.

Do your products require a yearly subscription?

No. Our plugins, themes, and digital products are one-time purchases. You buy it, you own it. The only products with recurring fees are services with ongoing costs like hosting or CDN — and those are clearly labeled.

Do I get updates after I buy?

Yes. Product updates are included with your purchase. When we release an update, you can download the latest version from your Crew Quarters.

Can I use your products on multiple sites?

Unless specifically stated otherwise on the product page, our products come with a license for use on unlimited personal and client sites. No per-site fees.

What is the Crew Quarters?

The Crew Quarters is your personal dashboard on our site. After you make a purchase or create an account, you can access it to view your bounties, re-download products, manage your profile, and keep up with the latest from our blog through the Intel Feed.

How is payment handled?

Checkout is handled securely through Stripe. You can pay with credit card, debit card, or PayPal. Your payment details are processed entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

WordPress Plugins & Themes

How do I install a WordPress plugin?

Download the .zip file from your purchase email or your Crew Quarters. In your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, select the .zip file, and click Install Now. Then click Activate. Full instructions are included in the readme file inside every download.

Will your plugins work with my theme?

Our plugins are built to WordPress coding standards and are compatible with all properly coded themes. If you run into a conflict, contact us and we will help you sort it out.

What version of PHP do I need?

Our products require PHP 7.4 or higher. We recommend PHP 8.1 or newer for best performance. Check with your hosting provider if you are not sure which version you are running.

Refunds & Support

What is your refund policy?

All products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email Quartermaster@aiordienow.com with your order number and we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Full details on our Refund Policy page.

How do I get support?

Email Quartermaster@aiordienow.com with a description of your issue. Include your WordPress version, PHP version, and any error messages you see. We respond within 24 hours on business days.

Custom Development

Do you build custom plugins or themes?

Yes. We take on custom WordPress development projects on a case-by-case basis. Visit our Custom Development page for details, or email outreach@aiordienow.com with a description of what you need.

How much does custom work cost?

Every project is different, so we quote based on scope. We use fixed project pricing — not hourly billing — so you know exactly what you are paying before work begins. Small projects start around $150. Email us with your requirements and we will send you a detailed quote.
