Refund Policy

We stand behind every product and service we sell. If something does not work as described, we will make it right. We run two different refund tracks depending on what you bought — product returns work one way, custom-delivered services work another.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee — Digital Products

Digital products (plugins, themes, downloads, desktop apps) purchased from AI Or Die Now come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

  • WordPress plugins: Full refund if the plugin does not function as described on the product page
  • WordPress themes: Full refund if the theme does not function as described on the product page
  • Digital downloads: Full refund within 30 days, no questions asked
  • Desktop applications: Full refund if the application does not work on supported platforms as described

Audit and Consulting Services — The Audit Guarantee

Audits, consulting engagements, custom development, and any other work we produce specifically for you are handled differently from our digital products. These are time-and-expertise services — once we have done the research and delivered the report, the work product is yours to keep. We cannot un-deliver analysis. Because of that, audit and service refunds follow a different track, which we call the Audit Guarantee:

  • Before we start your work: 100% refund, on request, no questions. If you change your mind before we have begun the audit, we refund in full.
  • If we fail to deliver on time: full refund. Our stated turnaround for an audit is 24-48 hours from purchase. If we miss that without proactively notifying you, you get 100% back.
  • After delivery: no refunds. The audit is yours to keep and use.
  • Quality guarantee post-delivery: if there is a factual error or broken recommendation in your audit, we fix it for free. We stand behind our work, not a return window. Reply to the email your audit was delivered from and we will revise it at no cost.
  • Custom development and consulting: scope, timeline, and any refund terms are defined in the engagement agreement you sign before work begins. Ask us for a copy before you pay.

This is how every reputable consulting firm and audit service handles post-delivery refunds. We follow the same standard because it keeps pricing fair for the honest customers who make up the vast majority of the people we work with.

Subscription Services

For subscription-based services (hosting, CDN, or other recurring services), you can cancel at any time. Refunds for the current billing period are available within the first 7 days of each billing cycle. After 7 days, your subscription will simply not renew at the next billing date.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email Quartermaster@aiordienow.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
  2. Include your order number or the email address used at checkout
  3. Let us know what went wrong — this helps us improve our products and services

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days and returned to the original payment method you used at checkout.

Before Requesting a Refund

Having trouble with a product or service? We would rather fix the problem than lose you as a customer. Email us at Quartermaster@aiordienow.com and we will do our best to resolve any issues before it comes to a refund. Most problems can be solved with a quick configuration fix, compatibility check, or audit revision.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If there is a problem with your purchase, please email us first so we can resolve it. Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without contacting us first may result in revocation of your license, loss of access to downloads, and the forfeiture of any delivered audit or service work product. We keep clear records of every purchase, delivery, and communication so that disputes can be resolved honestly. We have never declined to work with a customer who came to us in good faith.

We are not in the business of taking your money and running. Every product we sell is something we believe in, and we price everything fairly so you get real value. If we fall short of that promise, we make it right — through a refund where refunds are possible, through a free revision where they are not, or through a direct conversation where the answer lies somewhere in between.
